First Create an Account or Log In to your existing account.

Choose a vacant space from the Exhibit Space link in our main menu above. You may pay all or part of the cost right online, through our secure web server.

Once your room is booked you may create an Online Profile of your company which is your own page to control and display whatever you wish (within only the most obvious bounds of appropriateness). Include as complete a company profile as you like - click our Exhibitor Profiles link in top menu for examples of what other companies have done.

Once you are registered and have booked a room, you may at any time log in with your email address and password. If you forget your password, get a new one from the Password Forgotten page. A new password will be sent to you.

Account Summary

While you are logged in, notice the new links which appear at the top of every page, and select: Account Summary.

Just about everything you will ever want to know and everything that you may want to edit about your account at T.H.E. Show is available from the Account Summary page.

After you log in you will also notice that among the items appearing in the top of every page will be a link to our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ). You may find the answers to your own questions there or you are always welcome to Contact Us.

• When you reserve an exhibit space, you can choose to pay the cost in equal monthly installments throughout the year, charged monthly to your credit card.
• Or pay the the full cost of your exhibit space - or any portion of the cost - online at any time using our secure web server. Your payment will be recorded immediately.
• Another option is to pay by check, money order or bank wire transfer.
• Your reservation may be cancelled if you fail to keep current in your payments or if you do not promptly return to us a signed copy of your contract.

Shipping to T.H.E. Show Las Vegas

Do not ship directly to either the St. Tropez or Alexis Park hotels. The hotels are not prepared to receive and store your exhibits. Your delivery will NOT be accepted! All shipping is handled through the services of TWI International. They will receive your deliveries from your shipper and deliver everything inside of your exhibit suite before you arrive. They will also collect everything after T.H.E. Show and make it available to your shipper for pick up.

Alternatively, some exhibitors will bring their equipment to Las Vegas themselves, and handle everything personally - this is perfectly all right. You will encounter no sort of interference from either T.H.E. Show or the hotels.

Pipe and Drape Rental

• Pipe and Drape rental may be arranged through Just For Show in Las Vegas. Cost is $12.50 per linear foot.
• Pipe only - without the drape - is just $6.00 per linear foot.
• Orders not arranged by January 1, 2008 will be charged $15.00 per linear foot.
• Colors available are Rose, Lavender, and Black.
• No drape will be set up without receipt of payment.

Note: Rose and Lavendar are available only in limited supply. Order early.

Rent Decorative Plants and Trees

Your option to rent potted plants and trees to enhance your exhibit space is being handled by the Amalgamated Plant Company of Las Vegas.

Rent Furniture for your Exhibit Space

Commonly-requested furniture:

6' tables (with cloth & skirt) - $100 for the entire show
8' tables (with cloth & skirt) - $100 for the entire show
Banquet chairs - brought to your room - $50 each for the entire show

Use this Furniture Order Form to have standard tables and chairs delivered to your exhibit area.

Exhibitors at Alexis Park, should fax the form only to T.H.E. Show and we will arrange for your tables and chairs.

Printing Services

If you will require print services during T.H.E. Show, we recommend Franklin Documents. As in the past, they will be making frequent free deliveries throughout T.H.E. Show. Fast, friendly service.

Catering and Events

Are you considering holding any sort of event in your exhibit area? Cocktail parties, food and beverage, hors d'ouevres.

St. Tropez: Events to be located at the St. Tropez must be arranged through Diamond Events. Visit their web site or phone: (702) 693-6675

Nearby Restaurants and Shopping

There are plenty of rooms available for use by exhibitors as their sleeping accomodations - if you book early; so you may be spending about seven days in residence. We offer a guide to the neighborhood. T.H.E. Show hotels are located right across the street from the Hard Rock Resort & Casino. Within a five minute walk are a variety of restaurants, a convenience store, a large drug store, and a liquor store. Please see our printable Restaurants and Shopping Guide for additional details.
