Exhibitor Options
What are my options, as an exhibitor? - Sunday 23 April, 2006
Here is an overview of the options available to you on your Account Summary page.

If you have questions, you are welcome to contact us. Just click on Contact Us in the main menu. Or refer to the notes provided below.

Please remember always to log in when you visit T.H.E. Show web site. Notice that the colored area at the very top of the page now displays several new links - these appear only while you are logged into your account. Go first to the My Account Summary page.

  1. Make sure you've signed and faxed your Contract. T.H.E. Show absolutely requires a signed contract from every exhibitor. Please print, sign and fax it to us. Or send it to us by regular mail. If we have not received your contract then at the top of this page you will see a message in red text - click there to review your contract.
  2. Then notice the section Manage Exhibit Space Options where you can choose to remove the standard Suite furnishings to be stored elsewhere during T.H.E. Show. You can select how much, if any, pipe and drape you will require to cover the walls. Lower down the same Space Options page is contact information for our two providers of rented furniture and rented plants, which may enhance your exhibits space.
  3. Back on your Account Summary page, the next section is your Invoice Summary. Any money owing can be paid directly online from here.
    Automatic Payments:
    • When you first reserve an exhibit space you have the option to pay in equal monthly installments automatically charged to your account every month with the balance set to reach zero near the end of the year.
    • If you already have your exhibit space and you owe money then such automatic payments can be set up for you by the web site administrator, please contact us.
  4. Update Your Account Information allows you to change your private contact information. This information is used only by T.H.E. Show and it may differ from your publicly available contact information if you wish.
  5. Then in the Your Company Profile in the Industry Source Book section you will definitely want to Edit Your Source Book Listing. This is the information about your company that will be printed into the Source Book and presented to every visitor to T.H.E. Show. Besides basic information (your company name, web site, phone, email) you will want to write up to 200 words describing your company. Additionally, you may add your logo or a photo to your entry for just $50.
    • If you have co-exhibitors then all of their logo and ad options fees will be applied to the primary exhibitor's account.
  6. Back on your Account Summary page, also notice in the Source Book section the option to purchase advertising in the Source Book. These range from ¼ page ads to full page ads, all in full color. The cost will be applied to your T.H.E. Show invoice and may be paid online.
  7. Next, the section Exhibitors Public Information controls your company profile at T.H.E. Show web site. It's a good (and free) way to promote both your web site and your exhibit.
  8. You can make a unique page for each exhibitor registered to your exhibit space. To add more co-exhibitors to your Suite, use the option Add/Edit Co-Exhibitors. This allows you to make a new web page for them, a new entry in the printed Source Book, and personalized badges so it's important for you to list all companies.
Do you Distribute or Represent other companies?
  9. Many exhibitors at T.H.E. Show represent multiple companies. In that case, you are well advised to list these additional companies as "co-exhibitors." You may list a maximum of 10 exhibitors on your account, each with their own web page, source book listing, badges, and each of them appearing on your door sign and on the directory signs at the hotel.
  10. Name Badges is the section where you can supply the personal names to go along with each company name. Make certain this information is complete and accurate and then all of your name badges will be ready for you when you arrive. Make sure you select the right exhibiting company to go with each name. You will see a preview of the finished badge as it will appear.
  11. Next is the option to place a banner promoting T.H.E. Show onto your own web site. Click the example banner for more choices and to find the HTML code snippet which, if you copy it to your own web page, will cause it to appear. (We like when you link to us!)
  12. In the final section of the Account Summary page you have the option of placing a notice onto T.H.E. Show Bulletin Board. This is intended to provide a place for exhibitors to arrange to share exhibit space.

Change your password at any time. You can change it to something easy to remember.

Industry Source Book is a direct link to the option to purchase advertising. Ad purchases MUST be completed by the end of November!

Shipping Information is Very Important. You cannot ship your products directly to the hotel so please look here and download the appropriate Acrobat file. There is different information depending whether you ship from North America or from elsewhere.
