Do not ship directly to The Flamingo Hotel!
The hotel is not equipped to accept and store large shipments such as your equipment. It is likely that if you do ship directly to the hotel, one of two things will occur: 1) Your equipment will be refused and shipped back to the originating address, or 2) They might just keep it, but charge you exorbitant fees and penalties.
If you intend to deliver your own equipment, you must make arrangements with T.H.E. Show management. You will be given a definite time and unloading location on either Tuesday, Jan 4 or Wednesday, Jan 5. We will try our best to accommodate your schedule.
If you are shipping by professional courier, you will need to ship to the TWI Global warehouse located in Las Vegas. Your freight MUST arrive NLT Monday, January 3rd. It will be brought to the hotel and to your room by TWI. You will be charged reasonable fees by TWI. (Compare with the “other” convention’s freight vendor and we’re sure you’ll agree)

SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS FOR NORTH AMERICAN EXHIBITORS
Self Delivery of Freight at The Flamingo - Map and Instructions (CLICK HERE)
In order to retain our independent status, The Flamingo has requested we have TWI Global personnel supervise all move-ins. TWI has agreed to a $100 fee for 1/2 hour and $200 for 1 hour - due from Exhibitor. You WILL receive "unloading and delivering" assistance for this fee.
Furniture Removal Forms :: 4th Floor Exhibitors
On 4th Floor, all Beds and Armoires will be removed from Exhibit Rooms FOR FREE unless otherwise requested.
Other small fees apply for additional removals - if you want other items, such as small tables, desks, couches, etc removed - please click on the appropriate link below - fill out your request - then fax to T.H.E. Show at 1-702-242-4450 or scan and e-mail to admin@theshowlasvegas.com. "Additional fees" will be charged to your credit card listed on the form, or the credit card on file with The Flamingo for "incidentals" for your exhibit room.

Pipe and Drape Rental
- Pipe and Drape rental may be arranged through Blue Line Studios in Las Vegas. Cost is $13.50 per linear foot.
- Pipe only - without the drape - is just $6.00 per linear foot.
- Orders not arranged by January 1, 2010 will be charged $15.00 per linear foot.
- Colors available are Rose and Black.
- No drape will be set up without receipt of payment.
Note: Rose is available only in limited supply. Order early.
